Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations for a construction company with approximately 80 employees.

Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparation of employment documentation.

Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related matters through MOM portals.

Manage construction-related administrative submissions and documentation via BCA and other relevant government portals.
-
Coordinate employee training, including Safety Orientation Courses (SOC), safety certifications and mandatory training requirements.

Monitor work pass expiry dates, training schedules and certification renewals.
-
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR databases.
-
Support recruitment coordination, employment contracts and general HR administration.

Liaise with government agencies, training providers and relevant stakeholders.

Provide administrative support and assist with other HR-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant HR and administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.

Familiar with MOM and BCA government portals and related submission procedures.

Experience handling foreign workers' work passes, onboarding and offboarding.

Knowledge of construction industry safety training requirements, including SOC and other mandatory courses.

Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and work pass procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Organised, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

Good communication and coordination skills.
