About Nabla We are a team of entrepreneurs, clinicians and engineers committed to bringing back joy to the practice of medicine. Together with a community of clinician innovators, we’ve harnessed the best of machine learning science to develop Nabla: the leading AI assistant that’s restoring the human connection at the heart of healthcare. By streamlining clinical documentation, Nabla is helping clinicians focus on what matters most - patient care. Today, over 100,000+ clinicians across 130+ healthcare organizations trust Nabla to support how they deliver care every day. We’re at the start of an ambitious journey: Ambient listening, dictation, coding, and command capabilities are all converging into a proactive assistant that intuitively streamlines clinical and financial workflows. Backed by a recent $70M Series C, we’re hiring to build the next generation of clinical AI and improve the lives of clinicians and patients everywhere. This is a great time to join us! The Role Nabla's next stage of growth requires a stronger product marketing engine at the center of our marketing strategy: sharper positioning, clearer choices across segments and channels, and a GTM organization equipped to win increasingly complex deals. Our go-to-market spans several segments, buyer types, and routes to market, including direct sales and a growing partner and reseller ecosystem. The Head of Marketing will lead a team of 6-8-person spanning product marketing, growth content, design, and marketing ops . Brand, communications, PR, and events sit with the COO, which keeps your time on positioning, launches, competitive strategy, and pipeline. Manage the growth lead who executes it: paid, SEO and web, lifecycle, and account-based programs. You are not expected to be in the weeds of campaign execution Own marketing's pipeline number and how it is reviewed Content Point the content team at pipeline and credibility rather than volume Prioritize proof over promotion: clinical
