Email Marketing & Automation Executive (Remote)
We are looking for a proactive Email Marketing & Automation Executive who has hands-on experience managing email campaigns and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to independently set up automations, manage audience segmentation, troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure high-quality campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and execute email campaigns using marketing automation platform
- Build and maintain email automation workflows, including nurture journeys, lead routing and autoresponders
- Prepare audience segmentation based on campaign requirements
- Conduct QA testing on emails, landing pages, forms and automation flows before launch
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot delivery or automation issues
- Support CRM data management, contact imports, tagging and list hygiene
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows and automation efficiency
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Brevo or similar.
- Good English communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of Excel / data handling
- Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Candidates with experience supporting B2B lead generation campaigns will be a plus.
Nice to Have (Optional)
- Experience with landing pages and forms
- Understanding of CRM database management
- Experience with lead nurturing campaigns
- Basic HTML editing is a plus
