Department Manager

<p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p><p>The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the Supply Chain department by ensuring operational excellence, efficient stock flow, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfilment in line with business objectives and department standards. The Supply Chain Department Manager will drive team performance, optimise processes, ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver a seamless supply chain experience that supports both customer and business needs.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Perform duties and activities associated with the role in an efficient and professional manner.</p></li><li><p>Deliver agreed objectives, targets, and performance outcomes within established timelines.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in a similar role or industry environment.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with relevant systems, tools, and technologies associated with the role.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or Diploma Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous)</p></li><li><p>At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role</p></li><li><p>Experience leading and supporting teams, including coaching, training, and managing disciplinary processes</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding and enforcement of workplace health & safety regulations and product quality standards</p></li></ul>
