Customer Service Specialist

<p><strong>About the job</strong></p><p>We are looking for passionate and driven Front Office Agent who are eager to ensure top notch service to customers in our Cairo office. If you have worked in a similar role for more than a year and you are interested in working in the travel industry this could be the perfect role for you!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Dealing directly with customers either through phone, live chat or email.</p></li><li><p>Respond promptly to customer inquiries.</p></li><li><p>Educating clients, explaining procedures, answering questions and providing knowledgeable answers.</p></li><li><p>Determines availability and comparing prices.</p></li><li><p>Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Establishing policies by accessing and verifying client information.</p></li><li><p>Maintains contact center environment and database.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on clients where necessary.</p></li><li><p>Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics.</p></li><li><p>Identifying clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.</p></li><li><p>Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle travel requests efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Increase the customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Handle and resolve customer complaints.</p></li><li><p>Meeting required targets.</p></li><li><p>Any other duties related to the job</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Fluency in English at a B2 level.</p></li><li><p>No previous work experience welcomed!</p></li><li><p>Awareness and experience in the travel industry.</p></li><li><p>Only graduates will be considered for the position.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills are a must-have for this role.</p></li><li><p>Military service completion or exemption is necessary.</p></li><li><p>The candidate should be flexible with rotational shifts and days off.</p></li><li><p>Must be flexible with night and overnight shifts.</p></li><li><p>The job requires working in an onsite setting.</p></li></ul><p><strong>You also have:</strong></p><p>UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization; IATA certification would b
