<p><strong>Be part of the movement - and play your part.</strong></p><p><strong>In This Role, You Will</strong></p><p><span>As a</span> Customer Credit Control team is looking for a colleague who will be responsible for managing customer receivables, monitoring collection processes, assessing credit risks and ensuring the effective execution of credit control processes.</p><p class="MsoNormal">This role will work closely with customers, Sales teams, Finance functions, banks and international teams, contributing to the effective management of the company’s financial risks.<br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Monitor customer current accounts, outstanding balances and receivables.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Manage the collection process for overdue receivables and monitor customers’ payment performance.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Assess requests for credit, payment terms and credit limit revisions, and manage customer credit limits.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Analyse customer credit risks and prepare relevant reports.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Monitor and manage processes related to cheques, promissory notes, letters of guarantee and Direct Debit System (DBS).</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Prepare and analyse ageing, overdue and collection reports, and ensure that the necessary actions are taken.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Review financial data and support credit assessment processes.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Legal teams, as well as banks and customers.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Communicate in English with international teams and overseas customers.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of Credit Control processes.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Finance or a related field.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>2–4 years of experience, preferably in Credit Control, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Analysis or Finance.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Good knowledge of receivables management, collection processes and credit risk analysis.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Ability to analyse financial statements and key financial indicators.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Proficiency in MS Excel;
