- Plan, manage, andsupervise construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Coordinate with clients,consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Prepare and monitorproject schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure all works complywith project specifications, contract requirements, and Singapore buildingregulations.
- Lead site meetings andcoordinate project activities to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Monitor siteproductivity, quality of work, and project costs.
- Ensure compliance withWorkplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
JobRequirements
- Diploma or Degree inCivil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years ofrelevant experience in construction project management in Singapore.
