Class 1 HGV Driver - Days

If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as a Class 1 HGV Driver.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Be part of the movement – and play your part.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>About the role</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">You will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to a range of destinations, carrying out both deliveries and collections using a modern fleet. This role requires a strong team player with a customer-focused mindset and a proactive, can do attitude.</p><p class="MsoNormal">You will be responsible for:</p><ul><li><p>Ensure all delivery notes are signed upon delivery.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to all road transport regulations at all times.</p></li><li><p>Deliver chilled, produce, and ambient goods to customer premises.</p></li><li><p>Accurately record all activities in line with legal and company requirements.</p></li><li><p>Comply with European Drivers’ Hours regulations.</p></li><li><p>Work within the requirements of the Working Time Directive.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all loads are secured safely and appropriately.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>About you</strong></p><p>You will hold a full HGV Class 1 licence and have a valid Tacho Card as well as a current CPC qualification. You will possess good English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to complete documentation accurately and interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
