Business Development Manager

A large part of the job involves researching contacts, sending high-quality emails, following up consistently, tracking conversations in HubSpot, and working toward clear outreach and response goals.</p> <p>This is not a passive data-entry role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, managing a large pipeline of contacts, and staying disciplined with follow-ups even when people don’t respond right away.<br><br></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Conduct high-volume outreach</strong> to entertainment industry representatives through email and social media.</li> <li><strong>Write polished outreach emails</strong> that are clear, professional, natural, and personalized when needed.</li> <li><strong>Follow up consistently</strong> with contacts who have not responded and keep conversations moving over time.</li> <li><strong>Manage a large contact pipeline</strong> and make sure outreach, follow-ups, notes, and next steps are accurately tracked.</li> <li><strong>Use HubSpot or similar CRM tools</strong> to organize contacts, tasks, follow-ups, communication history, and outreach progress.</li> <li><strong>Work toward measurable goals</strong> around outreach volume, follow-ups, responses, verified updates, and relationship-building activity.</li> <li><strong>Build long-term industry relationships</strong> so representatives are more likely to respond, share updates, and view us as a reliable industry resource.</li> <li><strong>Think creatively about outreach</strong> and develop new ways to improve response rates, keep relationships warm, and strengthen our network.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Who We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Excellent written English</strong>—you’re comfortable writing professional messages and outreach emails with clarity and polish.
