Job Description
iPlus Solution is hiring backend developers for our long-term enterprise client engagement in Nagoya. You will participate in software development projects using Java, C#, PHP, or Python, contributing to architecture, implementation, and quality across the stack.

Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of programming experience in one or more of: Java, C#, PHP, or Python (coding and testing)
- Familiarity with relational databases and version control workflows
Language
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or above
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications
Nice to have
- Experience with basic design, database design, or API design documentation
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test backend services using Java, C#, PHP, or Python
- Contribute to basic design, database design, and API design discussions
- Collaborate with the BrSE and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
- Investigate production issues and propose technical improvements
