From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>TOTEME is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the store team in our Paris Flagship store<span>, on a </span>full-time basis. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and delivering an elevated client experience. As a brand ambassador, you will help cultivate a welcoming and inspiring in-store environment while building lasting client relationships. You will report directly to the Store Manager.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage store operations, ensure efficient workflows, and staff scheduling.</p></li><li><p>Drive sales performance and monitor progress to consistently meet or exceed targets.</p></li><li><p>Provide daily coaching and support to Sales Advisors, ensuring high team performance and consistent service excellence.</p></li><li><p>Guide the team on brand knowledge, collections, store experience, and operational procedures.</p></li><li><p>Support the planning and execution of in-store events and activations in collaboration with the Store Manager.</p></li><li><p>Lead by example in developing strong client relationships and fostering a culture of genuine clienteling.</p></li><li><p>Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and coach the team on day-to-day execution.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular team briefings to align on business priorities, company policies, and new collections.</p></li><li><p>Share product insights and qualitative feedback with internal teams, based on client needs and local trends.</p></li><li><p>Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of three years of experience in a senior retail role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.</p></li><li><p>Experi
