Summary: Drive core Master Data Management platforms as Product Owner. You will bridge operational teams and engineering, guiding software across the full SDLC to transform maritime operations and power enterprise data integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate Requirements: Convert high-level maritime operational needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
  • Govern SDLC Scope: Enforce PMO governance standards, agree on committed sprint scope with Engineering, and manage formal change requests.
  • Lead UAT & Adoption: Oversee end-to-end UAT execution, sign off on completed deliverables against the Definition of Done, and promote user adoption.
  • Drive Transformation: Manage dependencies across multiple project streams to ensure realized business outcomes beyond implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/Science + mandatory CSPO certification.
  • 5+ years of Agile software delivery experience managing Master Data Management or complex enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership in stakeholder engagement, process re-engineering, and delivery execution.
