We are looking for talents to help us lead Coupang’s expansion in Taiwan. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”

The Product Ops Analyst will support day-to-day execution, product testing, issue triage, and operational data analysis for the Pricing Product suite. You will ensure smooth operational workflows during feature rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • UAT & Operational Testing: Conduct operational User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before product releases to flag potential operational risks.
  • Issue Triage & Support: Collect, categorize, and prioritize frontline operational bugs or product requests before escalating to PM/Engineering teams.
  • Data & Reporting: Perform routine analytics on pricing tool performance, adoption rates, and operational error rates.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date user guides, FAQs, and workflow diagrams for operational staff.
