Job Summary
You will manage daily order processing and support warehouse and shipping operations to ensure smooth logistics and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Process daily inbound and outbound orders accurately to maintain efficient logistics flow
- Support warehouse operations by coordinating shipping, order administration, and customer service tasks
- Resolve receiving and delivery issues promptly to minimize disruptions
- Process replenishment goods and coordinate stock movement from the main warehouse to the quick-pick area
- Respond to customer and end-user enquiries regarding order status to provide timely updates
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Verify accuracy of system transactions and physical goods movements to maintain inventory integrity
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors to support operational needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes
- Proficiency in PC use for order processing and communication
