Admin Assistant
Location : 21 Gul Road, Singapore 629355 [Company Transport Pick-Up from Boon Lay MRT to Company (2 ways)]
Working days : 5 days
Working hours : 9am - 5:30pm
Salary: $2,300 - $2,400
Job Scope
- Receptionist Duties (Handling of phone calls etc)
- Issuing of Purchasing Orders (PO)
- Update Delivery Performance for Critical & Non-Critical Suppliers
- Update and Monitor staff attendance records (MC, Late etc)
- Update and Filing of staff training records (ISO 9001/14001)
- Ordering (Lunch, Mineral Water, Biscuits etc)
- General Filing of all correspondence (DO, Service Reports etc)
- Update Staff Movement Chart (White Board)
- Air tickets and Hotel reservations
- Liaise with Office Cleaner for ordering of sundry items (coffee, soap etc)
- Liaise with Company Tailor & Cleanwear Laundry Vendor
- Handling visitors and serve coffee
- Assist in organising Company Welfare Programmes
- Any other ad-hoc duty assigned by HOD
