Uber for Business has rapidly expanded and is positioned to be the next growth engine for Uber. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals, with a clear passion (and resourcefulness) for growing partnerships for Uber for Business in the DACH Region.
About the job
- Sign new logos in the Mid-Market segment (1000-5000 employees)
- Own full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close for Mid-Market accounts (1,000-5,000 employees)
- Generate and convert new business pipeline through outbound, referrals, and partnerships
- Identify and engage key decision-makers across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations
- Position Uber for Business value proposition tailored to company mobility, meals, and expense needs
About you
- 3+ years recent experience of new business development Native-level German speaker with excellent spoken and written English
- Strong prospecting, pitching, and closing skills
- Sincere, meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team-player who gets energy from building businesses
- Ability to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining value
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Hospitality & Tourism Background preferred
- You're the kind of person calling their Grandma on her birthday
