Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your BabZituna account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the BabZituna mobile app and web service, operated by BabZituna.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (fastest)

Open BabZituna and go to the Profile tab.
Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
Select Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and associated personal data are removed as described below.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or prefer not to use the in-app option, email us from the address on your account at support@babzituna.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the personal data linked to it, including:

Your profile: name, email address, profile photo, CV/resume and uploaded documents, skills, work experience, education, and preferences;
Your activity: swipes, searches, saved jobs, applications, matches, and in-app messages;
Approximate location you entered for job matching;
Device push-notification tokens.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse and fraud. Any such information is kept only for as long as necessary and is otherwise deleted or anonymised. Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Job listings shown in the app come from third-party sources and are not part of your personal data.
